The British Labour Party has never been anywhere close to a revolutionary party, but there was a time when it did at least actually try to improve society and had a few worthwhile socialist MPs like Tony Benn, Bernie Grant, George Galloway and Nye Bevan. Nowadays, of course, Labour unashamedly serves the interests of capital and Zionism while its 'left' is nothing but an impotent irrelevance. At least we had the satisfaction of watching the Starmer regime collapse.
